(EN)The present invention relates to a complex comprising stem cells or a culture thereof and a cartilage cell-free lysate for promoting cartilage differentiation, a method for fabricating cartilage by using the complex, cartilage fabricated by the method, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the complex for preventing or treating arthropathy, a method for preventing or treating arthropathy by using the composition, a composition comprising the prepared cartilage cells for inducing cartilage cell differentiation, and a method for fabricating cartilage by using the prepared cartilage cells. The complex, provided by the present invention, comprising stem cells or a culture thereof and a cartilage cell-free lysate for promoting cartilage differentiation is not only differentiated into cartilage cells in vivo without side effects, but also promotes the differentiation of intrinsic stem cells, which exist in vivo, into cartilage cells thanks to the paracrine effect arising in differentiated cartilage cells, thereby effectively regenerating damaged cartilage and finding a wide spectrum of applications in the treatment of arthropathy including cartilage damage.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un complexe comprenant des cellules souches ou une culture de celles-ci et un lysat exempt de cellules de cartilage pour la stimulation de la différenciation du cartilage, un procédé de fabrication de cartilage à l'aide du complexe, du cartilage fabriqué par le procédé, une composition pharmaceutique comprenant le complexe pour prévenir ou traiter les arthropathies, un procédé de prévention ou de traitement d'une arthropathie utilisant la composition, une composition comprenant les cellules de cartilage préparées pour induire une différenciation en cellules de cartilage, et un procédé de fabrication de cartilage à l'aide des cellules de cartilage préparées. Le complexe, fourni par la présente invention et qui comprend des cellules souches ou une culture de celles-ci et un lysat exempt de cellules de cartilage pour la stimulation de la différenciation du cartilage, est non seulement différencié en cellules de cartilage in vivo sans effets secondaires, mais stimule également la différenciation de cellules souches intrinsèques, existant in vivo, en cellules de cartilage grâce à l'effet paracrine survenant dans les cellules de cartilage différenciées, ce qui permet de régénérer efficacement le cartilage lésé. Ce complexe présente un large éventail d'applications dans le traitement des arthropathies, notamment les lésions du cartilage.
(KO)본 발명은 줄기세포 또는 그의 배양물과 연골 무세포 파쇄물을 포함하는 연골분화 촉진용 복합체, 상기 복합체를 이용하여 연골을 제조하는 방법, 상기 방법으로 제조된 연골, 상기 복합체를 포함하는 관절질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 상기 조성물을 이용하여 관절질환을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법, 상기 제조된 연골세포를 포함하는 연골세포 분화유도용 조성물 및 상기 제조된 연골세포를 이용하여 연골을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 줄기세포 또는 그의 배양물과 연골 무세포 파쇄물을 포함하는 연골분화 촉진용 복합체는 생체내에서도 부작용 없이 연골세포로 분화될 뿐만 아니라, 분화된 연골세포에서 나타나는 주변분비작용(Paracrine effect)으로 생체내 존재하는 내재적인 줄기세포까지도 연골세포로의 분화를 촉진시켜, 손상된 연골을 효과적으로 재생시킬 수 있으므로, 연골 손상을 수반하는 관절질환의 치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
