Title: VEHICLE BUMPER PACKAGING STRUCTURE
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle bumper packaging structure capable of respectively manufacturing, into a partitioned state, corrugated boards used for packaging, when the bumper mounted on a vehicle is packaged in order to prevent damage thereto in the process of being shipped and distributed from a production region, so as to encompass the main parts of a bumper, thereby remarkably reducing the packaging volume and a use of materials while bumpers of various sizes and types can be universally packaged, and enabling a packaging operation to be simply and quickly performed, that is, a band having a width wider than the height of the bumper is provided so as to encompass a panel part formed along a transverse direction of the bumper and outer side surfaces of corner parts formed at both side edges of the panel part, wherein: partial packaging is carried out by a horizontal board, which is formed by having a plurality of crease lines formed at dense intervals so as to be easily creased in some sections of edges of the band and by respectively having, on both sides of each crease line, through-holes to which stoppers are bound; and a packaging plate having a plurality of folding lines is provided so as to rectangularly encompass the central part of the panel unit while transversely coming into close contact with the horizontal board from the outside thereof, wherein packaging is completed by using vertical boards respectively having a coupling hole and a locking piece formed so as to be capable of engaging and coupling to each other when the packaging plate is folded in a rectangular form at both side edges thereof.
