Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a paint viscosity measuring apparatus, which was devised in order to resolve a problem of a conventional paint viscosity measuring method being readily interfered with by artificial factors and being influenced by experimental environments such as those involving temperature or humidity, has effects of enabling the authentication of a measurement cup for measuring paint, being less influenced by artificial factors, and enabling an experimental environment to be constantly maintained, and comprises: a compartment (1000); a paint storage part (100) provided inside the compartment (1000) and storing paint of which the viscosity is to be measured; a measurement cup (200) receiving the paint from the paint storage part (100), and having a paint outlet (210) to be opened and closed and formed at the lower end thereof; a beaker (300) arranged at the lower part of the measurement cup (200) so as to be spaced therefrom at a predetermined distance, and storing the paint to be drop from the paint outlet (210); and a measurement part (400) for dropping the paint from the measurement cup (200) into the beaker (300) and measuring the drop time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de mesure de viscosité de peinture, qui a été conçu pour résoudre le problème d'un procédé de mesure de viscosité de peinture classique qui est facilement perturbé par des facteurs artificiels et qui est influencé par des environnements expérimentaux tels que ceux impliquant la température ou l'humidité, a pour effets de permettre l'authentification d'une coupelle de mesure pour mesurer la peinture, d'être moins influencée par des facteurs artificiels, et de permettre le maintien constant d'un environnement expérimental, et comprend : un compartiment (1000) ; une partie de stockage de peinture (100) disposée à l'intérieur du compartiment (1000) et stockant de la peinture dont la viscosité doit être mesurée ; une coupelle de mesure (200) recevant la peinture depuis la partie de stockage de peinture (100), et ayant une sortie de peinture (210) destinée à être ouverte et fermée, et formée au niveau de son extrémité inférieure ; un gobelet (300) disposé au niveau de la partie inférieure de la coupelle de mesure (200) de façon à être espacé de celle-ci d'une distance prédéfinie, et stockant la peinture à faire tomber de la sortie de peinture (210) ; et une partie de mesure (400) pour faire tomber la peinture de la coupelle de mesure (200) dans le gobelet (300) et mesurer le temps de chute.
(KO) 본 발명은 도료의 점도 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 인위적인 요소가 개입되기 쉽고, 온도 또는 습도와 같이 실험환경에 영향을 받는 종래 도료의 점도 측정 방법의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 안출되었으며, 도료를 측정하는 측정컵의 인증이 가능하고, 인위적인 요소에 의한 영향을 덜 받을 수 있으며, 실험환경이 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 한 효과를 가지며, 격실(1000), 상기 격실(1000) 내부에 설치되며 점도를 측정하고자 하는 도료가 저장되는 도료저장부(100), 상기 도료저장부(100)로부터 도료를 공급받으며 하단에 개폐되는 도료배출구(210)가 형성된 측정컵(200), 상기 측정컵(200) 하부에 일정 거리 이격되게 배치되며 상기 도료배출구(210)에서 낙하되는 도료가 저장되는 비커(300) 및 도료를 상기 측정컵(200)에서 상기 비커(300)로 낙하시켜 낙하 시간을 측정하는 측정부(400)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
