Abstract:
(EN) The system is a coal processing system for conducting drying and pulverization processing of coal. The system is equipped with a vertical roller mill (1) for pulverizing coal while supplying hot air into the mill casing and a dryer (2) for further drying the coal that has been pulverized by the vertical roller mill (1) and preliminarily dried by hot air to the desired moisture content. Coal having a high moisture content can be subjected to drying and pulverization processing by a simple processing flow while suppressing the total energy required for processing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de traitement de charbon permettant d'effectuer un traitement de séchage et de pulvérisation du charbon. Le système est équipé d'un broyeur à cylindres vertical (1) pour pulvériser le charbon tout en alimentant de l'air chaud dans le carter de broyeur et d'un séchoir (2) pour le séchage supplémentaire du charbon qui a été pulvérisé par le broyeur à cylindres vertical (1) et préalablement séché par l'air chaud jusqu'à la teneur en humidité souhaitée. Le charbon ayant une teneur élevée en humidité peut être soumis à un traitement de séchage et de pulvérisation par un simple flux de traitement tout en supprimant l'énergie totale requise pour le traitement.
(JA) 本システムは、石炭に対して乾燥処理および粉砕処理を行うための石炭処理システムであって、ミルケーシング内に熱風を供給しながら石炭を粉砕するための竪型ローラミル(1)と、竪型ローラミル(1)によって粉砕され、熱風によって予備的に乾燥された石炭を、所望の含水率までさらに乾燥するための乾燥機(2)と、を備える。処理に必要なトータルのエネルギーを抑制しつつ、簡素な処理フローによって、高含水率の石炭に対して乾燥処理および粉砕処理を行うことができる。
