Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a wire rod, etc. for which spheroidize annealing and quenching/tempering heat treatment steps can be omitted. The wire rod has a specified chemical composition. In area ratio, at least 90% of the metal structure is bainite. The average bainite block grain diameter in the surface layer measured in a transverse cross-section is 15 µm or less. The ratio between the average bainite block grain diameter in the surface layer measured in a transverse cross-section and the average bainite block grain diameter measured in the center section is less than 1.0, and the average grain diameter of cementite dispersed in the bainite is 0.1 µm or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un fil machine, etc., pour lequel les étapes de recuit de sphéroïdisation et de traitement thermique de trempe/revenu peuvent être omises. Le fil machine présente une composition chimique spécifiée. En rapport d’aire, au moins 90 % de la structure métallique est de la bainite. Le diamètre moyen de grain de bloc de bainite dans la couche de surface mesuré dans une section transversale est de 15 µm ou moins. Le rapport entre le diamètre moyen de grain de bloc de bainite dans la couche de surface mesurée dans une section transversale et le diamètre moyen de grain de bloc de bainite mesuré dans la section centrale est inférieur à 1,0, et le diamètre moyen de grain de cémentite dispersée dans la bainite est de 0,1 µm ou moins.
(JA) 球状化焼鈍や焼入れ・焼戻しの熱処理工程の省略が可能な線材等を提供する。所定の化学組成を有し、面積率で金属組織の90%以上がベイナイトであり、横断面で測定した表層のベイナイトの平均ブロック粒径が15μm以下であり、横断面で測定した表層のベイナイトの平均ブロック粒径と、中心部で測定したベイナイトの平均ブロック粒径の比が1.0未満であり、かつ、ベイナイト中に分散したセメンタイトの平均粒径が0.1μm以下である。
