The present invention efficiently blocks a plurality of reservation slots. A reservation receptionist is allowed to arbitrarily register menus, resources, resource groups and simultaneous reception upper limit numbers. The reservation receptionist sets a service available time for each arbitrary combination of menus and resources. A reservation is received from a reservation applicant by having a desired time slot specified within the service available times. A reservation schedule management screen that displays a list of reservation schedules for each simultaneous reception upper limit number of resources belonging to the same resource group is displayed to the reservation receptionist. A specification is received for a range defined by an arbitrary time and a portion or the entirety of a provided slot corresponding to the simultaneous reception upper limit number of an arbitrary resource, from a settable range of a reservation slot defined by the service available times displayed on the reservation schedule management screen. The specified range is registered as a reservation block slot.
