Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a solid-state imaging device, a correction method, and an electronic device which enable the suppression of a sense of apparent disharmony of an image output from the solid-state imaging device in which pixels in different on-chip lens (OCL) shapes are mixed. The solid-state imaging device of an aspect of the present disclosure is provided with: a pixel array in which first pixels and second pixels are mixed, each of the first pixels having an OCL formed in a standard size, and each of the second pixels having an OCL formed in a size different from the standard size; and a correcting unit which corrects the pixel values of the first pixels located near the second pixels from among the first pixels in the pixel array. The present disclosure can be applied to, for example, a CMOS image sensor.
