Abstract:
(EN) This electroluminescent element comprises: a first transparent electrode (11); a second transparent electrode (12); a light-emitting layer (10) sandwiched between the first transparent electrode (11) and the second transparent electrode (12); and a grid electrode (14) disposed in the first transparent electrode (11). For the brightness, observed in air, of the light emitted from the light-emitting layer (10) toward the second transparent electrode (12), if the light distribution characteristics at a specific angle θt of 30 degrees or greater are compared between a region with the grid electrode (14) and a region without the grid electrode (14), the brightness is greater in the region with the grid electrode (14). This configuration provides an electroluminescent element allowing a uniform planar light emission to be achieved without the grid electrode being brightly seen and standing out.
(FR) Cet élément électroluminescent comprend : une première électrode transparente (11); une seconde électrode transparente (12); une couche électroluminescente (10) prise en sandwich entre la première électrode transparente (11) et la seconde électrode transparente (12); et une électrode de grille (14) disposée dans la première électrode transparente (11). Pour la luminosité, observée dans l'air, de la lumière émise par la couche électroluminescente (10) vers la seconde électrode transparente (12), si les caractéristiques de distribution de lumière à un angle spécifique θt supérieur ou égal à 30 degrés sont comparées entre une région avec l'électrode de grille (14) et une région sans l'électrode de grille (14), la luminosité est plus grande dans la région avec l'électrode de grille (14). Cette configuration permet d'obtenir un élément électroluminescent permettant d'obtenir une émission de lumière plane uniforme sans que l'électrode de grille ne soit observée de manière claire et en position debout.
(JA) この電界発光素子は、第1透明電極(11)と、第2透明電極(12)と、第1透明電極(11)と第2透明電極(12)とに挟まれた発光層(10)と、第1透明電極(11)に設けられるグリッド電極(14)と、を備え、発光層(10)から第2透明電極(12)側に発光する光の空気で観測した輝度の30度以上の特定の角度θtにおける配光特性を、グリッド電極(14)が設けられている領域と、グリッド電極(14)が設けられていない領域とを比較した場合に、グリッド電極(14)が設けられている領域の輝度の方が大きい。この構成により、グリッド電極が明るく見えて目立つことなく、一様な面発光の実現を可能とする電界発光素子を提供する。
