Abstract:
(EN) Ion insertion battery electrode and method of fabrication The present disclosure relates to electrode layers of ion insertion type batteries and to electrode layer materials wherein the electrode layer materials have a good electronic conductivity and a good ion conductivity, and wherein the electrode layers offer a good rate performance and a high storage capacity. The disclosure further relates to ion insertion type battery cells and batteries comprising such electrode layers, e.g. as an anode. The disclosure further relates to methods for forming such electrode layers and to methods for fabricating ion insertion type battery cells and batteries. Electrode layers according to the present disclosure comprise titanium oxide comprising chlorine and may be deposited by Atomic Layer Deposition at temperatures lower than 150°C.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une électrode de batterie à insertion ionique et un procédé de fabrication. La présente invention concerne également des couches d'électrode de batteries de type à insertion ionique et des matériaux de couche d'électrode, les matériaux de couche d'électrode possédant une bonne conductivité électronique et une bonne conductivité ionique, et les couches d'électrodes offrant une bonne performance de vitesse et une capacité de stockage élevée. L'invention concerne en outre des cellules de batterie de type à insertion ionique et des batteries comprenant lesdites couches d'électrode, par exemple sous la forme d'une anode. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de formation desdites couches d'électrodes et des procédés de fabrication de cellules et de batteries du type à insertion ionique. Des couches d'électrodes selon la présente invention comprennent de l'oxyde de titane comprenant du chlore et peuvent être déposées par dépôt de couche atomique à des températures inférieures à 150 °C.
