Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for producing highly conductive, printable pastes from capillary suspensions. In particular, the present invention makes use of the capillary suspension phenomenon to design conductive pastes for printed electronic applications, such as front side metallization of solar cells, without non-volatile, organic additives that often deteriorate electrical properties.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pâtes imprimables, hautement conductrices, à partir de suspensions capillaires. En particulier, l'invention utilise le phénomène de suspension capillaire pour concevoir des pâtes conductrices destinées à des applications électroniques d'impression, telles que la métallisation de face avant de cellules solaires, sans additifs organiques non volatils qui détériorent souvent les propriétés électriques.
