Abstract:
A zinc-calcium phosphating agent for forming a coating on a surface of a metal workpiece. 2,000 parts by weight of the zinc-calcium phosphating agent comprises the following components: 350-450 parts of a phosphoric acid; 200-300 parts of a nitric acid; 150-250 parts of a zinc oxide; 20-50 parts by weight of a light calcium carbonate, 50-80 parts of a Mazhev salt; 5-20 parts of a citric acid; 2-5 parts of a nickel nitrate; 2-5 parts of iron nitrate; and a remainder of water. Further disclosed are a metal workpiece surface phosphate conversion method and a metal workpiece.
