Abstract:
(EN) The present invention patent refers to a patient-specific simulator (1) of the aorta and reproductive system that corresponds to the equipment and system designed to produce, by 3D printing using a 3D printer, real images of the aorta of the patients obtained in examinations such as computed tomography and/or nuclear magnetic resonance imaging in order to enable doctors in the field to acquire complex skills and/or to refine their operating techniques, training in a controlled environment and with suitable guidance, without putting the patient at risk, being characterized in that it comprises connectors (2) made of silicone, pulsating flow pump (3), negatoscope (4), black box (5), camera (not shown) and monitor (6) such as to reproduce, in silicone or translucent resin, the aortic arch, thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries.
(FR) Le présente brevet d'invention concerne un simulateur patient-spécifique de l'aorte et un système de reproduction (1), correspondant à un équipement et un système destiné à produire, par impression 3D au moyen d'une imprimante 3D, des images réelles de l'aorte de patients, obtenues dans le cadre d'examens tels que la tomographie assistée par ordinateur et/ou la résonance magnétique nucléaire, avec pour objectif de permettre aux médecins spécialistes d'acquérir des compétences complexes et/ou d'affiner leurs techniques opératoires, la formation étant réalisée dans un environnement contrôlé, sous orientation appropriée, sans exposer le patient à des risques. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'elle fait intervenir des raccords (2) fabriqués en silicone, une pompe à flux pulsatile (3), un négatoscope (4), une boîte noire (5), une caméra (non représentée) et un moniteur (6), de manière à reproduire, en silicone et/ou en résine translucide, la crosse aortique, l'aorte thoracique, l'aorte abdominale et les artères iliaques.
(PT) A preserve Patente de Invencão refere-se a Simulador Paciente-Específico da Aorta e Sistema de Reproducao, (1), o qual corresponde a equipamento e sistema destinado a produzir através da impressão 3D, utilizando impressora 3D, das imagens reais da aorta dos pacientes obtidas em exames como a tomografia computadorizada e/ou ressonância nuclear magnética com a finalidade de permitir aos médicos da área, adquirirem habilidades complexas e/ou refinarem as suas técnicas operatórias, treinando em um ambiente controlado, sob orientação adequada, sem expor o paciente a riscos, sendo caracterizado por ser constituido por conectores (2) feitos em silicone; bomba de fluxo pulsátil (3); negatoscópio (4); caixa preta (5); câmera (não mostrada) e monitor (6), de forma a reproduzir, em silicone e/ou resina translúcida, a Crossa da Aorta, a Aorta Torácica, a Aorta Abdominal e as Artérias ilíacas.
