Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mehrschichtgleitlagerelementes (3) nach dem ein ein- oder mehrschichtiger Gleitlagerelementgrundkörper (5) bereitgestellt und mit dem Gleitlagerelementgrundkörper (5) eine Gleitschicht (7) verbunden wird, wobei die Gleitschicht (7) eine Schichtdicke (12) aufweist, die im Bereich zumindest einer von in Umfangsrichtung (4) des Mehrschichtgleitlagerelementes (3) verlaufenden Seitenkanten (2) reduziert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtdicke (12) der Gleitschicht (7) an zumindest einer der in Umfangsrichtung des Mehrschichtgleitlagerelementes (3) verlaufenden Seitenkanten (2) durch Walzen reduziert wird.

(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément de palier lisse à plusieurs couches (3), procédé selon lequel un corps de base d'élément de palier lisse (5) à une ou plusieurs couches est fourni et une couche de glissement (7) est reliée au corps de base d'élément de palier lisse (5), la couche de glissement (7) présentant une épaisseur (12) qui est réduite dans la région d'au moins l'un parmi des bords latéraux (2) s'étendant dans la direction périphérique (4) de l'élément de palier lisse à plusieurs couches (3). Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (12) de la couche de glissement (7) est réduite par laminage au niveau d'au moins l'un des bords latéraux (2) s'étendant dans la direction périphérique de l'élément de palier lisse à plusieurs couches (3).
