(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting markers for diagnosis of follicular thyroid carcinoma using an expression level of aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase-related protein. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detecting markers of follicular thyroid carcinoma in order to provide information necessary for the diagnosis of follicular thyroid carcinoma in a patient suspected of having follicular thyroid carcinoma, the method comprising: (a) a step of providing a sample from a subject suspected of having follicular thyroid carcinoma; (b) a step of measuring the protein expression level of an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase or an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex-interacting multifunctional protein in the sample; and (c) a step of comparing the measured protein expression level with that of a control, and determining that the subject having a confirmed change in the protein expression level has follicular thyroid carcinoma. Specifically, the types of proteins disclosed in the present invention can be used to diagnose follicular thyroid carcinoma simply and clearly without surgical tissue retrieval, and have high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de marqueurs pour un diagnostic de carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire à l'aide d'un niveau d'expression de la protéine liée à l'aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de marqueurs de carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire afin de fournir les informations nécessaires au diagnostic d'un carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire chez un patient susceptible d'avoir un carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire, le procédé comprenant : (a) une étape consistant à fournir un échantillon à partir d'un sujet susceptible d'avoir un carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire; (b) une étape de mesure du taux d'expression protéique d'une aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase ou d'une protéine multifonctionnelle interagissant avec un complexe aminoacyl-ARNt synthétase dans l'échantillon; et (c) une étape de comparaison du niveau d'expression de la protéine mesuré à celui d'un témoin, et de détermination du fait que le sujet présentant un changement confirmé dans le niveau d'expression de la protéine a un carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire. Spécifiquement, les types de protéines décrites dans la présente invention peuvent être utilisés pour diagnostiquer un carcinome de la thyroïde folliculaire simplement et clairement sans récupération de tissu chirurgical, et ont une sensibilité et une spécificité de diagnostic élevées.
(KO) 본 발명은 아미노아실 티알엔에이 중합효소 관련 단백질 발현 수준을 이용한 갑상선 여포암 진단용 마커 검출 방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 갑상선 여포암(follicular thyroid carcinoma)이 의심되는 환자에서 갑상선 여포암의 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 (a) 갑상선 여포암이 의심되는 피검체로부터 시료를 제공하는 단계; (b) 상기 시료에서 아미노아실 티알엔에이 중합효소(aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase) 또는 아미노아실 티알엔에이 중합효소 복합체-결합 다기능 단백질 (aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex-interacting multifunctional protein)의 단백질 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 측정된 단백질 발현 수준을 대조군과 비교하여 단백질 발현 수준의 변화가 확인된 피검체를 갑상선 여포암에 걸린 것으로 판정하는 단계를 포함하는 갑상선 여포암의 마커를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명에서 개시하고 있는 단백질 종류들은 수술을 통한 조직 채취 없이 간단하고 명확하게 갑상선 여포함의 진단이 가능하며, 진단 민감도 및 특이성이 높다.
