Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting a foreign material, and a device and system therefor. The method for detecting a foreign material in a wireless power transmitter provided with a resonance circuit for wirelessly transmitting power according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of detecting an object disposed in a charging area; a step of measuring a quality factor value of a resonance circuit, following the detection of the object; a step of identifying a wireless power receiver by sending out a detection signal; a step of determining a critical value for detecting a foreign material, on the basis of a reference quality factor value received from the identified wireless power receiver; and a step of judging whether or not the foreign material exists, by comparing the measured quality factor value and the determined critical value, wherein the critical value may be determined by applying a weight which increases in accordance with the reference quality factor value. Accordingly, the present invention has the advantage of detecting a foreign material more effectively and accurately.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection d'un corps étranger, ainsi qu'un dispositif et un système associés. Le procédé de détection d'un matériau étranger dans un émetteur de puissance sans fil pourvu d'un circuit de résonance pour la transmission sans fil de puissance selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une étape de détection d'un objet disposé dans une zone de charge; une étape de mesure d'une valeur de facteur de qualité d'un circuit de résonance, après la détection de l'objet; une étape d'identification d'un récepteur de puissance sans fil par envoi d'un signal de détection; une étape de détermination d'une valeur critique pour détecter un matériau étranger, sur la base d'une valeur de facteur de qualité de référence reçue depuis le récepteur de puissance sans fil identifié; et une étape de détermination du fait que le matériau étranger existe ou non, par comparaison de la valeur de facteur de qualité mesurée et la valeur critique déterminée, la valeur critique pouvant être déterminée par application d'un poids qui augmente en fonction de la valeur de facteur de qualité de référence. En conséquence, la présente invention présente l'avantage de détecter un matériau étranger de façon plus efficace et plus précise.
(KO) 본 발명은 이물질 검출 방법 및 그를 위한 장치 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무선으로 전력을 전송하기 위한 공진 회로가 구비된 무선 전력 송신기에서의 이물질 검출 방법은 충전 영역에 배치된 물체를 감지하는 단계와 상기 물체가 감지되면, 상기 공진 회로의 품질 인자 값을 측정하는 단계와 감지 신호를 송출하여 무선 전력 수신기를 식별하는 단계와 식별된 상기 무선 전력 수신기로부터 수신된 기준 품질 인자 값에 기반하여 이물질 검출을 위한 임계 값을 결정하는 단계와 상기 측정된 품질 인자 값과 상기 결정된 임계 값을 비교하여 이물질의 존재 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 임계 값은 상기 기준 품질 인자 값에 따라 증가하는 가중치가 적용되어 결정될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 보다 효과적이고 정확하게 이물질을 검출할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
