(EN)Provided is a system for the automatic settlement of a parking fee, with which a payment is automatically made as a car leaves a car park, without the need for a user to pay a parking fee in advance before driving out of the car park. An incoming-vehicle device transmits car park information via near field communication, and a smartphone of a driver entering a car park receives the information and transmits same, together with a pre-registered vehicle number and payment information, to a connection server. The connection server transmits the received vehicle number and payment information to a parking management computer that corresponds to the received car park information. The parking management computer confirms the validity of the payment information received from the connection server, and when a vehicle number of a vehicle leaving the car park is received from an outgoing-vehicle device, if the vehicle number is a vehicle number for which the payment information has been confirmed as valid, then the parking management computer transmits a barrier opening instruction to the outgoing-vehicle device, calculates the parking fee for the corresponding vehicle on the basis of the recorded time of entry to the car park for the vehicle, and uses payment information that has been stored for the corresponding vehicle, in order to process the payment of the parking fee.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système de règlement automatique de frais de stationnement permettant d’effectuer automatiquement un paiement lorsqu'une voiture quitte un parc de stationnement sans que l’utilisateur n'ait à payer des frais de stationnement à l'avance avant de quitter le parc de stationnement. Un dispositif de véhicule entrant transmet les informations du parc de stationnement au moyen d’une communication en champ proche, et un smartphone d'un conducteur entrant dans un parc de stationnement reçoit les informations puis les transmet, avec un numéro de véhicule préenregistré et des informations de paiement, à un serveur de connexion. Le serveur de connexion transmet le numéro du véhicule et les informations de paiement reçues à un ordinateur de gestion de stationnement qui correspond aux informations de parc de stationnement reçues. L'ordinateur de gestion de stationnement confirme la validité des informations de paiement reçues en provenance du serveur de connexion et, lorsque le numéro d'un véhicule quittant le parc de stationnement est reçu d'un dispositif de véhicule sortant, si le numéro du véhicule est un numéro de véhicule pour lequel les informations de paiement ont été confirmées comme valides, l'ordinateur de gestion de stationnement transmet une instruction d'ouverture de barrière au dispositif de véhicule sortant, calcule les frais de stationnement pour le véhicule correspondant d’après l’heure d’entrée enregistrée du véhicule dans le parc de stationnement, puis utilise les informations de paiement qui ont été stockées pour le véhicule correspondant afin de traiter le paiement des frais de stationnement.
