Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous filter for fine spraying and a porous filter manufactured by the method. A nickel-palladium alloy material porous filter manufactured according to the present invention exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and metal ion elution mitigating effects and can adjust the size of drug particles, thereby allowing a drug to arrive at a desired site. In addition, a plating liquid having a particular composition in the present invention allows the manufacture of a porous filter with a desired thickness by effectively lowering the stress of palladium (Pd), and thus, in a fine sprayer for treating a respiratory disease, a microporous filter, which is capable of delivering a drug to the vicinity of alveoli while effectively preventing the elution of metal elements due to a drug, apparatus vibration, and the like, and a fine sprayer, which uses the microporous filter, can be manufactured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un filtre poreux pour pulvérisation fine et un filtre poreux fabriqué par le procédé. Un filtre poreux en matériau d'alliage nickel-palladium fabriqué selon la présente invention présente une excellente résistance à la corrosion et des effets permettant d'atténuer l'élution d'ions métalliques ; il peut en outre régler la taille de particules de médicament, ce qui permet à un médicament d'atteindre un site souhaité. De plus, un liquide de placage ayant une composition particulière dans la présente invention permet la fabrication d'un filtre poreux d'épaisseur souhaitée en abaissant efficacement la contrainte du palladium (Pd) et, par suite, d'un filtre microporeux dans un pulvérisateur fin pour le traitement d'une maladie respiratoire, ledit filtre microporeux étant capable d'administrer un médicament à proximité des alvéoles tout en empêchant efficacement l'élution d'éléments métalliques due au médicament, à des vibrations de l'appareil, etc. Il est ainsi possible de fabriquer un pulvérisateur fin qui utilise le filtre microporeux.
(KO) 본 발명은 미세분무용 다공성 필터의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법으로 제조된 다공성 필터에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따라 제조된 니켈-팔라듐 합금소재 다공성 필터는 우수한 내식성 및 금속 이온 용출 완화 효과를 나타내며, 약물입자 크기 조절이 가능한바, 원하는 부위까지 약물이 도달될 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 더하여, 특정 조성을 갖는 본 발명의 도금액은 팔라듐 (Pd)이 갖는 응력을 효과적으로 낮추어 원하는 두께의 다공성 필터의 제조가 가능하기 때문에, 호흡기 질환 치료를 위한 미세분무장치에 있어서, 약물 및 장치의 진동 등으로 인한 금속원소의 용출을 효과적으로 막으면서, 폐포 주위까지 약물의 전달이 가능한 미세기공 필터 및 상기 미세기공 필터를 이용한 미세분무 장치의 제조를 가능하게 한다.
