Abstract

The pressure detection sensor according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first electrode layer comprising a channel portion for outputting a sensing signal and a wiring portion connected to the channel portion; a first elastic dielectric layer disposed on the first electrode layer; a second electrode layer disposed on an area of the first elastic dielectric layer which corresponds to the channel portion; a second elastic layer disposed on the second electrode layer; and a third electrode disposed on the second elastic dielectric layer, wherein if pressure is applied to the third electrode layer, the capacities of the first elastic dielectric layer and the second elastic dielectric layer change.

L'invention concerne un capteur de détection de pression selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention qui comprend : une première couche d'électrode comprenant une portion de canal permettant la délivrance d'un signal de détection et une portion de câblage connectée à la portion de canal; une première couche diélectrique élastique disposée sur la première couche d'électrode; une deuxième couche d'électrode disposée sur une zone de la première couche diélectrique élastique qui correspond à la portion de canal; une seconde couche élastique disposée sur la deuxième couche d'électrode; et une troisième électrode disposée sur la seconde couche diélectrique élastique, si une pression est appliquée à la troisième couche d'électrode, les capacités de la première couche diélectrique élastique et de la seconde couche diélectrique élastique changent.

본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 압력 감지 센서는 센싱 신호를 출력하는 채널부, 상기 채널부와 연결된 배선부를 포함하는 제1 전극층, 상기 제1 전극층 상에 배치되는 제1 탄성 유전층, 상기 제1 탄성 유전층 상에 상기 채널부와 대응되는 위치에 배치되는 제2 전극층, 상기 제2 전극층 상에 배치된 제2 탄성 유전층 및 상기 제2 탄성 유전층 상에 배치되는 제3 전극층을 포함하고, 상기 제3 전극층에 압력이 가해지면 상기 제1 탄성 유전층 및 제2 탄성 유전층의 용량이 변화한다.
