(EN)The present invention relates to an apoptosis regulatory gene detected in an irradiated-thymic lymphoma cell and, more particularly, to a method for detecting an apoptosis regulatory gene detected in a low-dose-rate and low-level-irradiated thymic lymphoma cell of a mouse. The present invention as described above has an effect of revealing the function of an apoptosis regulatory gene by means of irradiation and providing a gene profile, by detecting an apoptosis regulatory gene detected in an irradiated-thymic lymphoma cell. In addition, an apoptosis regulatory gene detected in an irradiated-thymic lymphoma cell can be used to construct a gene profile that can assess the dose-response relationship of industrial and healthcare workers living in a low-level-radiation environment. An apoptosis regulatory gene detected in an irradiated-thymic lymphoma cell can be used as an index capable of evaluating the extent of cancer progression and the degree of treatment in patients with thymic lymphoma. A method for detecting an apoptosis regulatory gene detected in an irradiated-thymic lymphoma cell can be used for the preparation of a composition for diagnosing thymic lymphoma and a diagnostic kit.

La présente invention telle que décrite ci-dessus a un effet de révélation de la fonction d'un gène de régulation de l'apoptose par irradiation et d'obtention d'un profil génique, par détection d'un gène de régulation de l'apoptose détecté dans une cellule de lymphome thymique irradiée. (KO)본 발명은 방사선 조사 된 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴 된 세포고사 조절 유전자에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저선량률 저준위 방사선 조사 된 마우스 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴 된 세포고사 조절 유전자 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 방사선 조사 된 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴 된 세포고사 조절 유전자 검출함으로써, 방사선 조사에 따른 세포고사 조절 유전자의 기능을 밝히고 유전자 프로파일을 제공하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 방사선 조사 된 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴된 세포고사 조절유전자는 저준위 방사선 환경에서 생활하는 산업 및 의료종사자의 선량-반응 관련성을 평가할 수 있는 유전자 프로파일을 구성하는데 사용할 수 있다. 방사선 조사 된 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴 된 세포고사 조절 유전자는 흉선 림프종 환자의 암 진행 정도 및 치료 정도를 평가할 수 있는 지표로 이용 할 수 있다. 방사선 조사 된 흉선 림프종 세포에서 발굴 된 세포고사 조절 유전자 검출방법은 흉선 림프종 진단용 조성물 및 진단키트 제작에 이용 될 수 있다.
