Title: LIGHT-SCATTERING COATING FILM IN WHICH POLYCRYSTALLINE NANODIAMONDS ARE DISPERSED, AND APPLICATION LIQUID FOR FORMING LIGHT-SCATTERING COATING FILM
Abstract:
Provided is a light-scattering coating film using polycrystalline nanodiamond particles, the light-scattering coating film having excellent transparency and durability. This light-scattering coating film has excellent compatibility of transparency and light-scattering properties. Also provided is a transparent screen, a reflective screen, or a mirror screen utilizing the light-scattering coating film. Through the present invention, the light-scattering coating film includes (1) polycrystalline nanodiamond particles, (2) a coating-film-forming oxide network polymer medium having a refractive index smaller than the refractive index of the polycrystalline nanodiamond particles, and (3) an organic polymer aggregation preventer for preventing aggregation of the polycrystalline nanodiamond particles in the coating-film-forming oxide network polymer medium, the organic polymer aggregation preventer being interposed between the polycrystalline nanodiamond particles and the coating-film-forming oxide network polymer medium.
