Abstract:
(EN) In this prepreg, a resin layer containing a thermoset resin and a thermoplastic resin is present on at least one of the surfaces of a fiber layer containing a thermoset resin and non-continuous carbon fibers oriented in one direction. The fiber mass of the carbon fiber contained in the prepreg is 120 to 300g/m2. The resin content percentage by mass with respect to the total mass of the prepreg is 25 to 50%. If three layers of the prepreg are layered, the middle prepreg is pulled out, and the inter-layer frictional coefficients at the prepreg-to-prepreg contact surfaces are measured under the conditions of 0.2 mm/min pull-out speed, 0.08 MPa vertical stress, and 1 mm pull-out length, in a temperature range of 40 to 80°C at 10°C intervals, a temperature at which the inter-layer frictional coefficient is 0.05 or lower exists within the temperature range of 40 to 80°C. The prepreg provided by the invention allows a wrinkle-free pre-form to be produced, and, when turned into carbon-fiber reinforced plastic, exhibits satisfactory mechanical properties.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un préimprégné, dans lequel une couche de résine contenant une résine thermodurcissable et une résine thermoplastique est présente sur au moins l’une des surfaces d’une couche de fibre contenant une résine thermodurcissable et des fibres de carbone non continues orientées dans un sens. La masse de fibre de la fibre de carbone contenue dans le préimprégné est de 120 à 300 g/m2. Le pourcentage de la teneur en résine en masse par rapport à la masse totale du préimprégné est de 25 à 50 %. Si trois couches du préimprégné sont stratifiées, le préimprégné médian est retiré, et les coefficients de friction inter-couche au niveau des surfaces de contact préimprégné-à-préimprégné sont mesurés sous les conditions de 0,2 mm/min de vitesse de sortie, 0,08 MPa de contrainte verticale, et 1 mm de longueur de tirage, sous une plage de températures de 40 à 80 °C à des intervalles de 10 °C, une température à laquelle le coefficient de friction inter-couche est de 0,05 ou moins existe à l’intérieur de la plage de températures de 40 à 80 °C. Le préimprégné prévu par l’invention permet la production d’une préforme sans plis, et, lorsqu’il est transformé en un plastique renforcé de fibre de carbone, fait preuve de propriétés mécaniques satisfaisantes.
(JA) 一方向に配向した不連続の炭素繊維と熱硬化性樹脂とを含む繊維層の少なくとも片面に、熱硬化性樹脂と熱可塑性樹脂を含む樹脂層が存在するプリプレグであって、該プリプレグに含まれる炭素繊維の繊維質量が120~300g/m、プリプレグ全質量に対する樹脂の質量含有率が25~50%であり、前記プリプレグを3層積層し、中央のプリプレグを引き抜いた際のプリプレグ同士の接触面の層間摩擦係数を、引抜速度0.2mm/min、垂直応力0.08MPa、引抜長さ1mmの条件下において、40~80℃の温度範囲で10℃刻みに測定した場合に、該層間摩擦係数が0.05以下となる温度が40~80℃の温度範囲内に存在する、プリプレグ。しわのないプリフォームを製造でき、かつ、炭素繊維強化プラスチックとした際、良好な力学特性を発現するプリプレグを提供する。
