Abstract:

(EN)The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a color filter for an image sensor in which infrared filters free from granular defects can be laminated near an imaging element and in which the total thickness of the image sensor can be greatly reduced; an image sensor that uses said color filter for an image sensor; and a method of manufacturing said color filter for an image sensor. This purpose is met by comprising: two or more types of absorptive color filters that absorb light in different wavelength regions; and a cholesteric reflective layer which is a laminate of a right circular polarization cholesteric layer having right circular polarization reflection characteristics and a left circular polarization cholesteric layer having left circular polarization reflection characteristics.
(FR)Le but de la présente invention est de fournir: un filtre coloré pour un capteur d'image dans lequel des filtres infrarouges exempts de défauts granulaires peuvent être stratifiés à proximité d'un élément d'imagerie et dans lequel l'épaisseur totale du capteur d'image peut être considérablement réduite; un capteur d'image qui utilise ledit filtre coloré pour un capteur d'image; et un procédé de fabrication dudit filtre coloré pour un capteur d'image. Cet objectif est atteint en ce qu'il comprend : au moins deux types de filtres colorés absorbants qui absorbent la lumière dans des régions de longueurs d'ondes différentes; et une couche réfléchissante cholestérique qui est un stratifié d'une couche cholestérique de polarisation circulaire droite ayant des caractéristiques de réflexion de polarisation circulaire droite et d'une couche cholestérique de polarisation circulaire gauche ayant des caractéristiques de réflexion de polarisation circulaire gauche.
