Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is provided with: a plurality of ultrasonic transducers; a tip (40) in which the plurality of ultrasonic transducers are accommodated; an electrically conductive endoscope structure which is accommodated in or connected to the tip (40); a heat conduction member (61) which is connected to the plurality of ultrasonic transducers; and an insulating heat conduction member (62) which is connected to the endoscope structure. The heat conduction member (61) and the insulating heat conduction member (62) are connected to each other. Accordingly, provided is an ultrasonic endoscope provided with a heat dissipation structure with which electrical safety is ensured, and heat generated in the ultrasonic transducers is transferred to the electrically conductive endoscope structure accommodated inside the tip (40), and can be efficiently dissipated therefrom, said ultrasonic endoscope being capable of inhibiting increase in the heat of the surfaces of the ultrasonic transducers, and preventing digestive tract burns.
(FR) L’invention concerne un endoscope à ultrasons comportant: plusieurs transducteurs ultrasonores; une partie (40) extrémité avant dans laquelle sont logés les transducteurs ultrasonores; des éléments de structure d’endoscope électroconducteurs logés dans la partie (40) extrémité avant ou reliés à celle-ci; un élément thermoconducteur (61) relié aux transducteurs ultrasonores; et un élément thermoconducteur isolant (62) relié aux éléments de structure d’endoscope, l’élément thermoconducteur (61) et l’élément thermoconducteur isolant (62) étant reliés. Ainsi, l’endoscope selon l’invention permet, en plus de garantir la sécurité au niveau électrique, de transmettre la chaleur produite dans les transducteurs ultrasonores aux éléments de structure d’endoscope électroconducteurs, lesquels éléments sont logés dans la partie extrémité avant, et, à l’aide d'une structure de dissipation de la chaleur pouvant efficacement dissiper la chaleur, de limiter l’augmentation de la chaleur à la surface des transducteurs ultrasonores et d’éviter les dégâts dus à la chaleur dans le tube digestif.
(JA) 複数の超音波振動子と、複数の超音波振動子を収容する先端部(40)と、先端部(40)に 収納、又は接続される導電性の内視鏡構造物と、複数の超音波振動子に接続された熱伝導部材(61)と、内視鏡構造物と接続された絶縁性熱伝導部材(62)と、を有し、熱伝導部材(61)と前記絶縁性熱伝導部材(62)とを接続している。これにより、電気的な安全性を担保した上で、超音波振動子において発生した熱を先端部(40)内に収納された導電性内視鏡構造物に伝達し、そこから効率的に放熱することができる放熱構造を有し、超音波振動子表面の熱上昇を抑制して消化管熱傷を防ぐことができる超音波内視鏡を提供する。
