Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a strut mount having a novel structure with which exceptional vibration-proofing performance can be achieved, and a suspension mechanism in which this strut mount is used. Provided is a strut mount 10 having a structure in which a first attachment member 12 attached to a shock absorber 72 and a second attachment member 14 attached to a vehicle body 74 are elastically linked to each other by a main body rubber elastic member 16, the strut mount 10 being provided with a fluid sealing area 60 inside of which an incompressible fluid is sealed, wherein an orifice passage 66 is formed through which the incompressible fluid sealed in the fluid sealing area 60 is caused to flow, a vibration-proofing effect based on the flowing action of the fluid is exhibited by the orifice passage 66, and the tuning frequency of the orifice passage 66 is set to the frequency of vibration transmitted to the vehicle body 74 via the shock absorber 72 when the automobile locks up.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un support de jambe doté d'une nouvelle structure à l'aide de laquelle des performances antivibratoires exceptionnelles peuvent être atteintes, et un mécanisme de suspension dans lequel ce support de jambe est utilisé. L'invention concerne un support 10 de jambe doté d'une structure dans laquelle un premier élément 12 de fixation fixé à un amortisseur 72 et un deuxième élément 14 de fixation fixé à une carrosserie 74 de véhicule sont liés élastiquement l'un à l'autre par un élément élastique 16 en caoutchouc de corps principal, le support 10 de jambe étant muni d'une zone 60 de confinement de fluide à l'intérieur de laquelle est confiné un fluide incompressible, un passage 66 d'orifice étant formé à travers lequel le fluide incompressible confiné dans la zone 60 de confinement de fluide est amené à s'écouler, le passage 66 d'orifice présentant un effet antivibratoire basé sur l'action d'écoulement du fluide, et la fréquence d'accord du passage 66 d'orifice étant réglée à la fréquence de vibrations transmises à la carrosserie 74 de véhicule via l'amortisseur 72 lorsque l'automobile se bloque.
(JA) 優れた防振性能を実現することができる、新規な構造のストラットマウントとそれを用いたサスペンション機構を提供すること。 ショックアブソーバ74に取り付けられる第一の取付部材12と車両ボデー72に取り付けられる第二の取付部材14が本体ゴム弾性体16によって相互に弾性連結された構造を有すると共に、内部に非圧縮性流体が封入された流体封入領域60を備えているストラットマウント10において、流体封入領域60に封入された非圧縮性流体が流動せしめられるオリフィス通路66が形成されて、オリフィス通路66によって流体の流動作用に基づく防振効果が発揮されると共に、オリフィス通路66のチューニング周波数が、自動車のロックアップ時にショックアブソーバ72を介して車両ボデー74へ伝達される振動の周波数に設定されている。
