Title: REGENERATION CONTROL DEVICE OF EXHAUST GAS PROCESSING DEVICE
Abstract:
A regeneration control device that executes regeneration of an exhaust gas processing device by controlling a temperature increase means of the exhaust gas processing device, said exhaust gas processing device having a DOC that is positioned in an exhaust passage of a diesel engine, said regeneration control device comprising: a DOC temperature increase requirement state detection unit that detects a temperature increase requirement state, said temperature increase requirement state including at least one of a DOC obstruction state that is detected on the basis of a comparison between a previously set obstruction threshold value and an obstruction parameter regarding obstruction of the DOC, and a DOC obstruction risk state that is detected if the diesel engine is in an operating condition in which obstruction of the DOC easily occurs; and a DOC temperature increase execution unit that executes DOC temperature increase control if the DOC temperature increase requirement state is detected, said DOC temperature increase control including a first temperature increase process that controls the temperature increase means such that the temperature of the DOC is increased to a first temperature at which the DOC is activated, and a second temperature increase process that controls the temperature increase means such that, after the completion of the first temperature increase process, the temperature of the DOC is increased to a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature.
