Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a control system for controlling air volume to maintain a desired concentration of airborne contamination in a cleanroom supplied by a HVAC system being operative to supply treated air to the cleanroom, comprising: sensing means for sensing a concentration of non-viable particles and/or viable particles in real time or near real time; and processing means for comparing the sensed concentration of non-viable particles and/or viable particles against the desired concentration of airborne contamination and outputting at least one control signal to the HVAC system based on the comparison.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de régulation servant à réguler le volume d'air en vue de maintenir une concentration appropriée de pollution atmosphérique dans une salle blanche reliée à un système CVC destiné à alimenter la salle blanche en air traité, le système de régulation comprenant : un moyen de détection servant à détecter une concentration de particules non viables et/ou de particules viables en temps réel ou en temps presque réel ; et un moyen de traitement servant à comparer la concentration détectée de particules non viables et/ou de particules viables à la concentration appropriée de contamination atmosphérique et à délivrer au moins un signal de commande au système CVC sur la base de la comparaison.
