The present invention relates to a process for cleaning a boiler, wherein, while fumes (F) are emitted in a combustion chamber (C) of the boiler and circulate up to exchangers of the boiler, an aqueous solution (S) of dissolved magnesium chloride and/or sulfate and/or dissolved calcium chloride is injected into the combustion chamber in the form of droplets which, by vaporization of the water of the aqueous solution, then thermal decomposition, are transformed in the combustion chamber into magnesium and/or calcium oxide particles reacting in the combustion chamber by mixing with molten salts and/or molten oxides, present in the fumes, to crystallize these molten salts and/or to vitrify these molten oxides before these molten salts and/or these molten oxides come into contact with the exchangers. The invention also relates to a device for implementing this process and a boiler equipped with this device.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'une chaudière, dans lequel, tandis que des fumées (F) sont émises dans une chambre de combustion (C) de la chaudière et circulent jusqu'aux échangeurs de la chaudière, une solution aqueuse (S) de chlorure de magnésium dissous et/ou de sulfate et/ou de chlorure de calcium dissous est injectée dans la chambre de combustion sous la forme de gouttelettes qui, par une vaporisation de l'eau de la solution aqueuse, puis une décomposition thermique, sont transformées dans la chambre de combustion en particules d'oxyde de magnésium et/ou de calcium réagissant dans la chambre de combustion par un mélange avec des sels fondus et/ou des oxydes fondus, présents dans les fumées, pour cristalliser ces sels fondus et/ou pour vitrifier ces oxydes fondus avant que ces sels fondus et/ou ces oxydes fondus n'entrent en contact avec les échangeurs. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en œuvre de ce procédé et une chaudière équipée de ce dispositif.
