Die Erfindung betrifft einen ungebrannten, feuerfesten Formkörper (1 ), insbesondere eine Platte, insbesondere zur thermischen Isolation einer Metallschmelze und/oder eines aus der Metallschmelze erstarrenden Gussblocks, aufweisend eine Bindemittelmatrix (2) aus einem abgebundenen Bindemittel und Zuschlagkörner (3) aus biogener Kieselsäure, vorzugsweise aus Reisschalenasche, welche in die Bindemittelmatrix (2) eingebunden sind, wobei die Bindemittelmatrix aus Kieselgel (2) besteht, sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und dessen Verwendung.

The invention relates to an unfired refractory moulded body (1), particularly a panel and particularly for thermally insulating a molten metal and/or an ingot solidified out of the molten metal, comprising a binder matrix (2) that consists of a hardened binder, and aggregate particles (3) of biogenic silicic acid, preferably rice husk ash, which are integrated into said binder matrix (2), said binder matrix consisting of silica gel (2). The invention also relates to a method for producing same and the use of same.

L'invention concerne un corps moulé (1) réfractaire cru, en particulier une plaque, destiné en particulier à l'isolation thermique de métal en fusion et/ou d'un lingot de fonderie en cours de solidification formé à partir du métal en fusion, qui présente une matrice de liant (2) constituée d'un liant durci, et des granulats minéraux (3) à base d'acide silicique biogène, de préférence à base de cendres de balle de riz, qui sont intégrés dans la matrice de liant (2), la matrice de liant étant constituée de gel de silice (2). L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la fabrication et l'utilisation de ce corps moulé.
