Abstract
(EN) A monitoring device is operated to detect a disruption of a fluid connection between two fluid containing systems. A disruption detector in the monitoring device operates on a measurement signal (Pi) to detect an apparent disruption of the fluid connection and generate a corresponding alarm indication. The monitoring device is configured to optimize the configuration of the disruption detector to limit the number of false alarms, by operating a false alarm analyzer to produce a count (FA#) of false alarm indications generated per unit time by the disruption detector for one or more configurations (ΔL) of the disruption detector, and by operating an updater to update the configuration (ΔL) of the disruption detector based on the count (FA#). The monitoring device may be connected to or part of an apparatus for blood treatment and operable to detect a disconnection of an extracorporeal blood circuit from a vascular system of a patient, e.g. a venous-side disconnection.
(FR) Un dispositif de surveillance est exploité pour détecter une interruption d'une liaison fluidique entre deux systèmes contenant un fluide. Un détecteur d'interruption dans le dispositif de surveillance fonctionne en fonction d’un signal de mesure (Pi) pour détecter une interruption apparente de la liaison fluidique et générer une indication d'alarme correspondante. Le dispositif de surveillance est configuré pour optimiser la configuration du détecteur d'interruption afin de limiter le nombre de fausses alarmes, grâce à un analyseur de fausse alarme pour produire un décompte (FA#) des indications de fausses alarmes générées par unité de temps par le détecteur d'interruption pour une ou plusieurs configurations (ΔL) du détecteur d'interruption, et grâce à un dispositif de mise à jour pour mettre à jour la configuration (ΔL) du détecteur d'interruption sur la base du décompte (FA#). Le système de surveillance peut être relié à un appareil de traitement sanguin ou en faire partie et être utilisé pour détecter un débranchement d'un circuit sanguin extracorporel d'un système vasculaire d'un patient, par exemple un débranchement côté veineux.
