(EN)A ribonucleic acid (RNA) reverse transcription amplification method, comprising the steps of RNA reverse transcription into cDNA and immediate amplification on cDNA, characterized in that the process of RNA reverse transcription into cDNA was completed during the process that a cDNA amplification reaction system is heated to reach the reaction condition for cDNA amplification. The RNA reverse transcription amplification method can combine the reaction condition for RNA reverse transcription into cDNA with the reaction condition for cDNA amplification, thereby significantly shorten the time required for RNA reverse transcription amplification. And in the whole process of RNA reverse transcription amplification, there is no need to change the instrument temperature, thereby it is possible to achieve detection at any time.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé d'amplification par transcription inverse d'acide ribonucléique (ARN) comprenant les étapes de transcription inverse d'ARN en ADNc et d'amplification immédiate sur l'ADNc, caractérisé en ce que le processus de transcription inverse de l'ARN en ADNc a été achevé pendant le processus selon lequel un système de réaction d'amplification d'ADNc est chauffé pour atteindre la condition de réaction pour l'amplification de l'ADNc. Le procédé d'amplification par transcription inverse de l'ARN peut combiner la condition de réaction pour la transcription inverse d'ARN en ADNc avec la condition de réaction pour l'amplification de l'ADNc, ce qui raccourcit considérablement le temps requis pour l'amplification de la transcription inverse de l'ARN.
