Abstract:
(EN) A reversible cross-linked biodegradable polymer vesicle and a preparation method therefor, the vesicle being obtained by cross-linking after polymer self-assembly; the molecular chain of the polymer comprises hydrophilic chain segments, hydrophobic chain segments, and polyethyleneimine molecules connected in sequence; the hydrophobic chain segments comprise polycarbonate segments and/or polyester segments; the molecular weight of the hydrophilic chain segments is 3000-10000 Da; the molecular weight of the hydrophobic chain segments is 2.3-8.4 times the molecular weight of the hydrophilic chain segments; and the molecular weight of the PEI is 10%-60% of the molecular weight of the hydrophilic chain segments.
(FR) L'invention concerne une vésicule polymère biodégradable réticulée de façon réversible et son procédé de préparation, la vésicule étant obtenue par réticulation après auto-assemblage de polymère; la chaîne moléculaire du polymère comprend des segments de chaîne hydrophiles, des segments de chaîne hydrophobes et des molécules de polyéthylèneimine reliées en séquence; les segments de chaîne hydrophobes comprennent des segments de polycarbonate et/ou des segments de polyester; le poids moléculaire des segments de chaîne hydrophiles est compris entre 3000 et 10 000 Da; le poids moléculaire des segments de chaîne hydrophobes est de 2,3 à 8,4 fois le poids moléculaire des segments de chaîne hydrophiles; et le poids moléculaire du PEI est de 10 % à 60 % du poids moléculaire des segments de chaîne hydrophiles.
