Abstract:
(EN) A method for measuring the content of sterol and/or derivatives thereof by utilizing nuclear magnetic resonance technology. A nuclear magnetic resonance internal standard method is used, and a specific quantitative peak of sterol and/or derivatives thereof is selected, to accurately measure the (total) content of the sterol and/or derivatives thereof. The method can accurately measure the content of sterol and/or derivatives thereof in extracts of animals, plants and/or microorganisms, food, medicines or cosmetics.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure de la teneur en stérol et/ou en dérivés de celui-ci au moyen de la technologie de résonance magnétique nucléaire. Un procédé de standard interne de résonance magnétique nucléaire, et un pic quantitatif spécifique de stérol et/ou de dérivés de celui-ci est sélectionné, pour mesurer précisément la teneur (totale) du stérol et/ou de dérivés de celui-ci. Le procédé peut mesurer précisément la teneur en stérol et/ou dérivés de celui-ci dans des extraits d’animaux, de plantes et/ou de micro-organismes, d’aliments, de médicaments ou de produits cosmétiques.
(ZH) 一种利用核磁共振技术测定甾醇和/或其衍生物含量的方法。采用核磁共振内标法,选择特定的甾醇和/或其衍生物定量峰,对甾醇和/或其衍生物(总)含量进行准确测定。能够精确地测定动物、植物和/或微生物的提取物;食品;药品;或者化妆品中的甾醇和/或其衍生物含量。
