Abstract:
(EN) A cephalosporin hydroxylase mutant, encoding DNA of the mutant, a method for using the mutant and an application thereof. An amino acid sequence of the cephalosporin hydroxylase mutant uses SEQ ID NO:2 as a reference sequence in a sequence listing, and has a mutation located in at least one of position 29 glycine, position 40 alanine, position 41 glycine, position 182 arginine and position 272 threonine; compared to wild-type cephalosporin hydroxylase, the cephalosporin hydroxylase mutant has an enzymatic activity at least 10% higher and a heat resistance at least 150% higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un mutant de céphalosporine hydroxylase, l’ADN codant pour le mutant, un procédé d’utilisation du mutant et son application. Une séquence d’acides aminés du mutant de céphalosporine hydroxylase utilise SEQ ID no : 2 comme séquence de référence dans une liste de séquences, et présente une mutation localisée dans au moins l’une de la glycine en position (29), alanine en position (40), glycine en position (41), arginine en position (182) et thréonine en position (272) ; comparé à la céphalosporine hydroxylase de type sauvage, le mutant de céphalosporine hydroxylase présente une activité enzymatique d’au moins 10 % supérieure et une résistance à la chaleur d’au moins 150 % supérieure.
(ZH) 一种头孢菌素羟化酶突变体,以及编码该突变体的DNA、使用该突变体的方法及其应用。所述头孢菌素羟化酶突变体的氨基酸序列以序列表中的SEQ ID NO:2为参考序列,具有位于第29位甘氨酸、第40位丙氨酸、第41位甘氨酸、第182位精氨酸和第272位苏氨酸中的至少一者的突变,并且与野生型头孢菌素羟化酶相比,所述头孢菌素羟化酶突变体的酶活性高至少10%,耐热性高至少150%。
