Abstract:
(EN) A pixel circuit (10), drive method thereof, image sensor, and image acquisition device. The pixel circuit (10) comprises: an initialization module (1); an initialization storage module (6); a photoelectric conversion module (2) converting incoming light into an electrical signal; a photoelectric conversion control module (3) controlling the photoelectric conversion module (2) to convert the incoming light into the electrical signal; an output signal generation module (4) generating, according to the electrical signal from conversion of the photoelectric conversion module (2), an output signal corresponding to the incoming light for the pixel circuit (10); a compensation module (5) acquiring a threshold voltage of the output signal generation module (4); a storage module (6) storing the electrical signal from conversion of the photoelectric conversion module (2) and the threshold voltage of the output signal generation module (4); and an output control module (7) controlling the pixel circuit (10) to output the output signal corresponding to the incoming light. The compensation module (5) can compensate for voltage drifting of the threshold voltage of the output signal generation module (4), such that identical output signals are generated corresponding to identical incoming light to reduce or eliminate distortion of an acquired image.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un circuit de pixels (10), sur son procédé de commande, sur un capteur d'image et sur un dispositif d'acquisition d'image. Le circuit de pixels (10) comprend : un module d'initialisation (1); un module de stockage d'initialisation (6); un module de conversion photoélectrique (2) convertissant la lumière entrante en un signal électrique; un module de commande de conversion photoélectrique (3) commandant le module de conversion photoélectrique (2) pour convertir la lumière entrante en signal électrique; un module de génération de signal de sortie (4) générant, selon le signal électrique provenant de la conversion du module de conversion photoélectrique (2), un signal de sortie correspondant à la lumière entrante pour le circuit de pixels (10); un module de compensation (5) acquérant une tension de seuil du module de génération de signal de sortie (4); un module de stockage (6) stockant le signal électrique provenant de la conversion du module de conversion photoélectrique (2) et de la tension de seuil du module de génération de signal de sortie (4); et un module de commande de sortie (7) commandant le circuit de pixels (10) pour produire le signal de sortie correspondant à la lumière entrante. Le module de compensation (5) peut compenser la dérive de tension de la tension de seuil du module de génération de signal de sortie (4), de telle sorte que des signaux de sortie identiques sont générés, correspondant à une lumière entrante identique pour réduire ou éliminer la distorsion d'une image acquise.
