Abstract:
Provided is a nano organosilicon waterproofing and dirt-repellant finishing method for a polyester textile, the finishing steps specifically being as follows: (1) soaking a polyester textile in an alkaline solution for 15-25 minutes, then rinsing and drying; (2) preparing a waterproofing and dirt-repellant finishing agent, the waterproofing and dirt-repellant finishing agent consisting of the following components by mass percentage: 60-65% vinyl silicone oil, 10-20% hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-2% silane coupling agent, 5-8% methanol, 1-5% leveling agent, 1-5% titanium dioxide, 3-5% xylene, and 1-3% span-20; evenly mixing the described substances at ambient temperature; coating, with the described waterproofing and dirt-repellant finishing agent, the polyester textile that has been processed through step (1), while controlling the speed of the driving roller of the coating machine to 40-50 m/min. and the coating amount to 5-8 g/m2; (3) heating for 3 minutes at 120-150°C the polyester textile coated with the finishing agent, then curing, thus completing the finishing of the polyester textile.
