Title: ABRASIVE BELT GRINDING CENTER APPLICABLE TO GRINDING AND POLISHING MACHINING OF OVERALL PROFILE OF BLISK
Abstract:
An abrasive belt grinding center applicable to grinding and polishing machining of the overall profile of a blisk. An X-axis feed mechanism, a Y-axis feed mechanism, a Z-axis feed mechanism, a B-axis rotating mechanism, and a C-axis rotating mechanism constitute a feed mechanism of each grinding head. A housing, a rotating cylinder, a driven synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, a driving synchronous pulley, and a grinding head rotating driving motor constitute a grinding head rotating mechanism. According to the present invention, machining angles and feeding are reasonably assigned by means of two grinding heads, rough machining and finishing can be implemented simultaneously by one time of clamping, and six degrees of freedom of space can be combined by means of a short transmission chain; meanwhile, the rigidity of grinding head mechanisms and a workpiece clamping mechanism are ensured. Grinding and polishing machining of the overall profile of a blisk can be implemented by means of the combination of the double grinding heads and a robot. Contact wheels and abrasive belts of the grinding head mechanisms can cut into narrow gaps between blades of a blisk; the machining precision of a complex curved surface and the quality of the profile can be ensured, the machining efficiency can be significantly improved, and the management and production costs can be reduced.
