Provided in the present application is a method for preparing taurine, characterized in comprising the following steps: (a) mixing isethionate with a taurine salt solution so that the system pH reaches a certain value between 5.0 and 9.5; (b) separating a liquid phase and a solid phase in the system, where the solid phase is a crude product of taurine, and the liquid phase is a hydroxyethylsulfonate solution; and (c) adding an ammonia solution into the liquid phase acquired in step (b) for reaction to produce a solution containing a taurine salt. The method for preparing taurine avoids the problem in the conventional process brought forth by the employment of sulfuric acid for adjusting the pH, reuses a cationic group in the taurine salt, and introduces no new material or reagent, thus reducing the use of hazardous chemical raw materials while greatly simplifying the production process, increasing raw material utilization rate and product yield, and greatly reducing production costs.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de taurine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) mélanger de l'iséthionate avec une solution de sel de taurine de sorte que le pH du système atteigne une certaine valeur comprise entre 5,0 et 9,5; (b) séparer une phase liquide et une phase solide dans le système, où la phase solide étant un produit brut de taurine, et la phase liquide étant une solution d'hydroxyéthylsulfonate; et (c) ajouter une solution d'ammoniac dans la phase liquide acquise à l'étape (b) pour une réaction de production d'une solution contenant un sel de taurine. Le procédé de préparation de la taurine évite le problème dans le procédé classique mis en oeuvre par l'emploi d'acide sulfurique pour ajuster le pH, réutilise un groupe cationique dans le sel de taurine, et n'introduit aucun nouveau matériau ou réactif, ce qui réduit l'utilisation de matières premières chimiques dangereuses tout en simplifiant grandement le processus de production, en augmentant le taux d'utilisation des matières premières et le rendement du produit, et en réduisant fortement les coûts de production.

本申请提供一种制备牛磺酸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(a)将羟乙基磺酸与牛磺酸盐溶液混合至体系pH值达到5.0~9.5中的某一值;(b)分离体系中的液相和固相;其中,所得固相为牛磺酸粗品,所得液相为羟乙基磺酸盐溶液;(c)将步骤(b)所得液相加氨水反应,得到含有牛磺酸盐溶液。所述制备牛磺酸的方法避免了传统工艺中采用硫酸调节pH带来的问题,通过循环利用牛磺酸盐中的阳离子基,不引入新的原料或试剂,在减少危险化学品原料使用的同时,大大简化了生产工艺,提高了原料利用率和产品收率,大幅降低了生产成本。
