La présente invention concerne une forme cristalline de chlorhydrate de PLX3397 ainsi qu'un procédé pour sa préparation et une utilisation correspondante. La forme cristalline du chlorhydrate de PLX3397 présente une solubilité plus élevée, une grosseur de particule plus grande et une bonne stabilité, en particulier une meilleure stabilité mécanique, est avantageuse pour la séparation de produits dans une production ultérieure, offre un meilleur choix pour préparer des préparations pharmaceutiques contenant du PLX3397 et est très importante pour la mise au point médicale.
