Abstract:
(EN) An electric controller based on a thermally superconductive heat dissipating plate (2), comprising an electric controller body (1) and the thermally superconductive heat dissipating plate (2). The electric controller body (1) comprises a printed circuit board (PCB) (11) and electronic components (12). The electronic components (12) comprise a large heat capacity power component (121) and a small heat capacity electronic component (122). The large heat capacity power component (121) is arranged on a first surface of the PCB (11); the small heat capacity electronic component (122) is arranged on a second surface of the PCB (11). The thermally superconductive heat dissipating plate (2) is affixed to the surface of the large heat capacity power component (121). Also disclosed is an air conditioner outdoor unit using the electric controller.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande électrique à base de plaque de dissipation de chaleur thermiquement supraconductrice (2), comprenant un corps de dispositif de commande électrique (1) et la plaque de dissipation de chaleur thermiquement supraconductrice (2). Le corps de dispositif de commande électrique (1) comprend une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB) (11) et des composants électroniques (12). Les composants électroniques (12) comprennent un composant de puissance à capacité thermique élevée (121) et un composant électronique à capacité thermique faible (122).
