Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a glass plate (G) is chemically strengthened by holding a first side edge (G1) of the glass plate (G), suspending the glass plate (G) with the held first side edge (G1) placed upward, and dipping the glass plate (G) into molten salt while suspending the glass plate (G) for a salt bath treatment. This allows glass plates to be chemically strengthened at high yield and with high quality, and significantly improves the productivity of chemically strengthened glass plates.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une plaque de verre (G) renforcée par voie chimique. Un premier bord latéral (G1) de la plaque de verre (G) est saisi, la plaque de verre (G) est suspendue avec le premier bord latéral (G1) saisi maintenu vers le haut, et la plaque de verre (G) est trempée dans un bain de sel fondu tout en restant suspendue pour le traitement avec le bain de sel. Le procédé selon l'invention permet aux plaques de verre d'être renforcées par voie chimique avec un rendement élevé et une grande qualité, et d'améliorer significativement la productivité desdites plaques de verre renforcées par voie chimique.
(JA) ガラス板(G)の第一の側縁(G1)を把持し、把持した第一の側縁(G1)を上方にしてガラス板(G)を吊り下げ、ガラス板(G)を吊り下げながら溶融塩中へ浸漬させて塩浴処理を行うことで化学強化する。これにより、ガラス板を高品質かつ高い歩留りで化学強化させて化学強化ガラス板の生産性を大幅に向上させる。
