Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a locking reverse input preventing clutch of excellent utility. Balls (9) with low sliding resistance to an outer ring (5) are used as the lock engaging elements disposed between an inner ring (3), which is a part of an output-side member (4), and the outer ring (5), which is a part of a fixed member (12), and circumferential grooves (5a) into which some of the balls (9) enter are provided on the inner circumference of the outer ring (5) to restrict ball (9) movement in the axial direction and thereby keep the balls (9) from axial direction contact with the inner surface of a housing (6), which is a part of the fixed member (12), and the inner surface between pillar sections (8a) of a cage (8) that serves as a lock-releasing means. As a result, the clutch is configured so as to limit heat generation, wear and increases of rotational torque when transmitting rotation from the input side to the output side compared to when rollers are used for the lock engaging elements.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un embrayage de verrouillage à prévention d'entrée inverse d'une excellente utilité. Des billes (9) à faible résistance au glissement relativement à un anneau externe (5) sont utilisées en tant qu'éléments de mise en prise d'un verrou agencé entre un anneau interne (3), qui fait partie d'un élément côté sortie (4), et l'anneau externe (5), qui fait partie d'un élément fixe (12), et des rainures circonférentielles (5a) dans lesquelles certaines des billes (9) pénètrent sont ménagées sur la circonférence interne de l'anneau externe (5) en vue de limiter le mouvement des billes (9) dans le sens axial et empêcher ainsi les billes (9) d'établir un contact dans la direction axiale avec la surface interne d'un boîtier (6), qui fait partie de l'élément fixe (12), et la surface interne entre des sections pilier (8a) d'une cage (8) qui sert de moyen de déverrouillage de verrou. En conséquence, l'embrayage est conçu de façon à limiter la génération de chaleur, l'usure et les augmentations du couple de rotation lors de la transmission de la rotation du côté entrée vers le côté sortie comparativement à la situation lors de laquelle des rouleaux sont utilisés comme éléments de mise en prise de verrou.
(JA) 出力側部材(4)の一部である内輪(3)と固定部材(12)の一部である外輪(5)の間に配されるロック係合子として、外輪(5)に対する摺動抵抗が小さい玉(9)を用いるとともに、外輪(5)の内周に玉(9)の一部が入り込む周方向溝(5a)を設けて、玉(9)の軸方向移動を規制することにより、玉(9)が固定部材(12)の一部であるハウジング(6)の内側面やロック解除手段となる保持器(8)の柱部(8a)間の内側面に軸方向で接触しないようにして、ロック係合子としてころを用いた場合よりも、入力側から出力側への回転伝達時の発熱や摩耗、回転トルクの増大を抑えられるようにした、実用性に優れたロック式の逆入力防止クラッチである。
