Abstract:
(EN) A method for visualizing molecular dynamics relating to a multilayer cell mass comprises introducing a substance capable of generating a luminescent signal into an intracellular partial region in each of cells in the cell mass (S1) to image the luminescent signal in each of self-light-emitting cell masses each having the substance localized therein (S2).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de visualisation de la dynamique moléculaire concernant une masse cellulaire multicouche comprenant l’introduction d’une substance apte à produire un signal de luminescence dans une région partielle intracellulaire dans chacune des cellules dans la masse cellulaire (S1) en vue d’imager le signal de luminescence dans chacune des masses cellulaires d’auto-émission de lumière comportant chacune la substance localisée en son sein (S2).
(JA) 多層状態の細胞群に関する分子動態を可視化する方法は、前記細胞群の個々の細胞における細胞内の部分領域に、発光シグナルを生じうる物質を導入すること(S1)によって局在状態で自己発光しうる状態の細胞群について、前記発光シグナルに係る撮影行うこと(S2)を含む。
