Abstract:
(EN) This electron beam sterilization device includes: a gripper group 27C that receives preforms PF which are objects to be sterilized, and then holds and conveys the preforms PF to a regripping position; a gripper group 29C that receives the preforms PF from the gripper group 27C, and then holds and conveys the preforms PF downstream; and an electron beam irradiation unit 20 that irradiates with an electron beam EB the preforms PF that pass through an electron beam irradiation area EA which includes the regripping position and areas in front of and behind the regripping position.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de stérilisation par faisceau d'électrons qui comprend : un groupe de dispositifs de préhension (27C) qui reçoit des préformes (PF pour PreForm) qui sont des objets qui doivent être stérilisés, et supporte et transporte ensuite les préformes (PF) jusqu'à une position de nouvelle préhension; un groupe de dispositifs de préhension (29C) qui reçoit les préformes (PF) du groupe de dispositifs de préhension (27C) et supporte et transporte ensuite les préformes (PF) vers l'aval; et une unité d'irradiation de faisceaux d'électrons (20) qui irradie avec un faisceau d'électrons (EB pour Electron Beam) les préformes (PF) qui passent à travers une zone d'irradiation de faisceau d'électrons (EA) qui comprend la position de nouvelle préhension et des zones situées devant et derrière la position de nouvelle préhension.
