Abstract:

(EN)The present invention is based on the discovery of genetic engineered induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) that produce one or more therapeutic entities such as antibodies and nucleic acids that when administered to a subject, will treat or prevent disease. The present invention also combines EMV technology with iPSC technology creating a powerful new drug delivery platform.
