Abstract
(EN)
A surgical instrument for coupling to a robotic surgical assembly configured to transfer rotational forces to the surgical instrument is provided. The surgical instrument includes an elongated shaft, an end effector coupled to a distal end of the elongated shaft, and a drive assembly operatively coupled to the end effector. The drive assembly includes one or more cables connected to the end effector. Movement of the one or more cables actuates a movement of the end effector. The one or more cables may be coated with parylene.

L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical destiné à être couplé à un ensemble chirurgical robotique conçu pour lui transférer des forces de rotation. L'instrument chirurgical comprend une tige allongée, un effecteur terminal couplé à une extrémité distale de la tige allongée, ainsi qu'un ensemble d'entraînement couplé fonctionnel à l'effecteur terminal. L'ensemble d'entraînement comprend au moins un câble relié à l'effecteur terminal. Le mouvement dudit câble au moins actionne un mouvement de l'effecteur terminal. Ledit câble au moins peut être revêtu de parylène.
