Abstract:
(EN) The present invention generally relates to a method for forming a light extraction layer comprising nanostructures, the method comprising: providing a substrate, the substrate being at least partially transparent to UV light; forming a non-aqueous precursor solution comprising fluorine and an alkaline earth metal to form alkaline earth metal difluoride particles; applying the precursor solution on at least a first side of the substrate; drying the substrate at a first temperature for a first period of time; and baking the substrate at a second temperature, higher than the first temperature, for a second period of time, thereby forming a light extraction nanostructure layer comprising alkaline earth metal difluoride nanostructures on the substrate. The present invention also relates to a light extraction structure and to a UV lamp comprising such an extraction structure.
(FR) La présente invention concerne de manière générale un procédé de formation d'une couche d'extraction de lumière comprenant des nanostructures, le procédé consistant à : fournir un substrat, le substrat étant au moins partiellement transparent à la lumière UV ; former une solution de précurseur non aqueuse comprenant du fluor et un métal alcalino-terreux pour former des particules de difluorure de métal alcalino-terreux ; appliquer la solution de précurseur sur au moins un premier côté du substrat ; sécher le substrat à une première température pendant une première période de temps ; et cuire le substrat à une seconde température, supérieure à la première température, pendant une seconde période de temps, ce qui permet de former une couche de nanostructure d'extraction de lumière comprenant des nanostructures de difluorure de métal alcalino-terreux sur le substrat. La présente invention concerne également une structure d'extraction de lumière et une lampe UV comprenant une telle structure d'extraction.
