(EN) The present application provides a substrate, an organic electronic device, and a use thereof. The substrate of the present application has a structure including an electrode layer directly formed on an uneven surface of an optical functional layer, and enables a device to be stably driven for a long period of time when an organic electronic device is formed and excellent functionality such as light extraction efficiency to be ensured.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat, un dispositif électronique organique, et une utilisation associée. Le substrat de la présente invention comporte une structure comprenant une couche d'électrode formée directement sur une surface irrégulière d'une couche fonctionnelle optique, et permet à un dispositif d'être entraîné de manière stable pendant une longue durée lorsqu'un dispositif électronique organique est formé, et de présenter une excellente fonctionnalité, telle qu'un bon rendement d'extraction de lumière est assuré.
(KO) 본 출원에서는 기판, 유기전자장치 및 그 용도를 제공한다. 본 출원의 기판은, 광학 기능성층의 요철 표면상에 직접 형성된 전극층을 포함하는 구조를 가지며, 유기전자장치를 형성하였을 때에 소자의 장기간 동안의 안정적인 구동과 함께 우수한 기능성, 예를 들면, 광추출 효율 등이 확보될 수 있도록 한다.
