(EN)A PCR module is coupled to a reader system in an attachable/detachable manner, and comprises a base substrate, an optical sensor assembly, a barrier, a cover, a flat valve, a sample injection portion, and a buffer material injection portion. The barrier protrudes from the base substrate and defines a reaction space for containing the sample. The cover is arranged to be spaced from the upper portion of the barrier so as to surround the barrier and the reaction space. The flat valve is arranged between the lower surface of the cover and the upper surface of the barrier and has a sample injection hole formed to penetrate one side thereof in the vertical direction such that the reaction space is exposed/covered as the buffer material is injected and discharged. The sample injection portion is arranged on one side of the cover and has a sample injection opening formed to penetrate the same vertically so as to correspond to the sample injection hole such that the sample is injected into the reaction space. The buffer material injection portion is arranged on one side of the cover and has a buffer material injection opening formed to penetrate the same vertically such that the buffer material is injected between the lower surface of the cover and the upper surface of the flat valve and seals the reaction space.
