Title: JET DISPENSER USING HINGE LEVER-TYPE DISPLACEMENT MAGNIFICATION
Abstract:
In a jet dispenser using hinge lever-type displacement magnification, the jet dispenser comprises a housing, an injection part, a dispenser head part, a lever part, and a piezoelectric actuator. The injection part is formed inside the housing so as to receive droplets from a suction passage provided at one side thereof, and eject the droplets to the other side thereof. The dispenser head part presses a droplet ejection port inside the injection part while being reciprocatively driven in a longitudinal direction. The lever part is supported by an inner wall of the housing so as to rotate according to the reciprocative driving of the dispenser head part. The piezoelectric actuator is a stick-shaped piezoelectric element having a predetermined length, and one end portion thereof is connected to the lever part and the other end portion thereof is connected to a protruding part formed at a predetermined height from the inner wall opposite to the inner wall of the housing to which the lever part is supported, or the inner wall of the housing, such that the displacement thereof is increased and decreased in the longitudinal direction.
