(EN) The present invention relates to a kit and method for detecting a marker substance using asymmetric aggregation of beads of different sizes. Asymmetric composite bodies between beads can be obtained when different adhesion molecules are used for marker substances, and by analyzing the asymmetric composite bodies to exclude nonspecific aggregation effects and confirm highly specific signals, a variety of marker substances can be effectively detected.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un kit et un procédé pour détecter une substance de marquage à l'aide d'une agrégation asymétrique de billes de tailles différentes. Des corps composites asymétriques entre les billes peuvent être obtenus lorsque différentes molécules d'adhérence sont utilisées pour des substances de marquage, et par l'analyse des corps composites asymétriques pour exclure les effets d'agrégation non spécifiques et confirmer des signaux hautement spécifiques, on peut détecter efficacement diverses substances de marquage.
(KO) 본 발명은 크기가 상이한 입자의 비대칭 응집을 이용한 표적 물질 검출 키트 및 표적 물질의 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 표적 물질에 대하여 서로 다른 결합 분자를 사용하면 입자 간의 비대칭 복합체를 얻을 수 있으며, 이를 분석하여 불특정 응집 효과를 배제하고, 높은 특이적 신호를 확보할 수 있어 각종 표적 물질을 효율적으로 검출할 수 있다.
